Great location, short walk to train and tram. Nice breakfast and dinner spots nearby. Trendy vibe with a lovely cozy and chilled foyer to relax in.

Location was simply perfect. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly. They organised a cheap airport shuttle to the airport, which I highly recommend. I also found a little wine bar just down the street, which I fell in love with. The coffee bar at the hotel is a massive bonus !

Acceptable with a variety of food types and fruit. I am a tea drinker. Machines catered for varied coffee types and black tea. Staff were very obliging to get me some cold milk each time I wanted to have a white English Breakfast tea. Staff were helpful in arranging transport to the airport at the end of my stay.

I have stayed twice now approximately one month apart and was really happy with my stays. Travelling as a sole female traveller I appreciate it has a 24hr reception and is so close to Central and up a well lit (but quiet!) street. This means safety if you are flying in late or wanting to see a show in the evening. There's a Woolworths Metro on the corner of Foveaux St and Elizabeth St open until quite late, so you can pick up a few items and stay safe! Other people have also mentioned the free and wonderful coffee machines and snacks in the foyer. They will also store your luggage for free (and give you a little ticket) if you want to collect your luggage later in the day for whatever reason. I hope they keep their prices reasonable so I can come back!

The location was great. It was halfway between Crown St and Central Station. The bedsheets were changed every day, which wasn't necessary, but a nice luxury. The bar fridge was handy for me to put drinks or any food I brought into the room.

Service was really excellent, friendly and helpful throughout, including offering free umbrellas when it began raining, and setting us up with a shuttle which was cheaper than the train. We appreciated the tea, coffee and lollies available 24/7 and the morning pastries and apples. The theming is fun too, especially the disco in the lift! The location is great, very close to Central Station trains and light rail which allows easy access to the airport and around the city. It's walking distance to interesting shops and great restaurants in Chinatown.
